Michael Anderson is a Director of Bregal Partners and serves on the board of US Community Behavioral LLC and Shock Doctor, Inc.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Anderson served as a Principal at Lee Equity Partners, which he joined in 2006. During his tenure, he was involved in the investment of $250 million in equity capital across a number of platform companies and add-on deals, primarily in the healthcare sector, including investments in Universal American and PDR Network. Mr. Anderson also served on the board of directors of PDR Network. Prior to joining Lee Equity, Mr. Anderson was a senior Associate Consultant with Bain & Company, which he joined in 2003.

Robert Bergmann is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Bregal Partners. He has more than twenty five years of experience in the private equity industry and has worked closely with many public and private middle-market companies.
His investment focus is targeted primarily toward investments in the consumer, food & retail, and healthcare services industries.
Mr. Bergmann has extensive corporate governance experience. He currently leads Bregal’s efforts with respect to, and serves on the boards of, United Sports Brands LLC, US Community Behavioral LLC, and OmniForce LLC. He also currently serves on the boards of American Seafoods Partners LLC, Blue Harvest Fisheries LLC, Arcus Hunting LLC, and Aqua Terra Water Management LP.
Mr. Bergmann served previously as a director of Garden Fresh Holdings, Inc., Covenant Care, LLC, Den-Mat Holdings, LLC, Bravo Sports, Salton, Inc., Muzak LP, Ross Aviation, LLC, and Orion ICG.
Prior to founding Bregal Partners, Mr. Bergmann served as a Senior Partner of Centre Partners Management LLC and led the firm’s Los Angeles office. During his tenure, the firm invested more than $3 billion in equity capital. Prior thereto, he worked in the investment banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ).

Steven Black joined Bregal Investments in September 2012. Steve was elected to NASDAQ OMX’s board of directors in December 2011.
Steve was the Vice Chairman of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. from March 2010 through February 2011 and a member of the firm’s Operating and Executive committees. Prior to that position, Steve was the Executive Chairman of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank from October 2009 through March 2010. He also served as a Co-Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank from 2004 through 2009. Steve was the Deputy Co-Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan Investment Bank since 2003 and also served as head of J. P. Morgan Investment Bank’s Global Equities business since 2000, following a career with Citigroup and its predecessor firms.
Steve serves as a member on the investment committees of Bregal Freshstream, Bregal Unternehmerkapital, Bregal Capital, Bregal Sagemount, Bregal Partners, Bregal Energy, Bregal Private Equity Partners, Ranch Capital Investment, Birchill Exploration and Centre Bregal Partners.

Hetal joined the Bregal Investments team in New York, in October 2015, as a Finance Associate.
Prior to joining Bregal, Hetal worked at BlueBay Asset Management LLP (London) within the Financial Planning & Analysis team and before that was part of the Segregated Mandates Fund Accounting team.
Hetal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor and completed her training with Deloitte. Hetal holds a MSci in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
Before joining Freshstream as an intern, Nicolas worked as an analyst at JP Morgan for two years.

Ms. Bright joined Bregal in 2012 from PPM Managers, where she was an Associate Director involved in fund and direct investments in Europe and Emerging Markets. Before that, she worked at Deloitte LLP for 6 years in the corporate finance and private equity funds group.
Ms. Bright grew up in Portugal and received an Economics degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She has completed her CFA Level I.
Nathan Campbell is the Partner responsible for Bregal Energy. He has led investments in exploration & production, power, midstream and electric transmission sectors since joining Bregal Energy in 2010. Nathan currently serves on the boards of IMG Midstream, Birchill Canada, Inflection Energy, Champlin Wind and Atlantic Wind Connection.
Prior to joining Bregal Energy, Nathan worked for Macquarie Capital as an Associate Director in both New York and Sydney. During his six years at the firm, Nathan was involved in principal investments across a number of sectors including renewable energy, smart grid, energy distribution, semiconductors and transportation. Previously, Nathan worked at Deutsche Bank AG and spent six years in the Aviation sector, where his responsibilities included the financial and operational management of an annual oil usage of approximately 40 million barrels.
An Australian citizen, Nathan holds a Masters in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.
Previously Tom was an Associate at Bregal Capital and prior to that started his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Tom graduated from Imperial College London with a First Class MSci degree in Physics.

Li Ling Chang joined Bregal in February 2010 as a financial analyst.

Graham joined Bregal in May 2016 as the European Finance Director.
Prior to joining Bregal, Graham spent 16 years at Parallel Private Equity where he was the Finance Partner and was responsible for all finance and operational matters. Graham has also spent 10 years at KPMG in London where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and specialised in the financial sector.
Graham graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Chemistry.

Dwight Cupit is the CFO of Bregal and oversees all aspects of finance and operations of the firm.
Dwight has a long association with the Bregal group, formerly being the CFO of Bregal Capital from 2010 to 2015 and previously the CFO of Englefield Capital, which was acquired by Bregal in 2010. Dwight joined Englefield at its inception in 2002, holding its first close in 2003 with Bregal Investments as a major limited partner in its Funds I and II. Before joining Englefield, Dwight was the Finance Director of eVolution Global Partners, a start-up venture capital firm sponsored by Kleiner Perkins, Texas Pacific Group and Bain & Co. Dwight started his career at Arthur Andersen working in the Melbourne, San Francisco and the London offices.
Dwight is a Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Australia and graduated from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, with a Bachelor in Economics.

Rayhan is the Chief Investment Officer of the firm.
Previously, Rayhan was a Managing Director and a member of the founding team of TowerBrook, being part of TowerBrook's spin-out from Soros Private Equity Partners, which he joined in 2004. Prior to TowerBrook, Rayhan worked at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.
Rayhan graduated from Oxford University with a First Class Masters degree in Chemistry, coming top of his department in his final year.
Alvar de Wolff

Alvar joined Bregal in December 2016 as Director Corporate and Social Responsibility.
Prior to joining Bregal, Alvar spent 10 years in private equity working for AAC Capital, a mid-market buyout fund focused on the Benelux region. He was an Investment Director responsible for managing several investments as well as leading the corporate social responsibility and ESG activities. Prior he gained M&A and private equity experience at M&A boutique Sequoia in London.
Alvar was a member of the Responsible Investment committee of the Dutch Venture Capital Association (NVP). He holds a Master in Economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.
Kevin Deemer is an Associate of Bregal Partners.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Deemer was an Associate Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting. During his tenure, Mr. Deemer was involved in fifteen consulting engagements where he advised U.S. and international clients on strategy, operations, and M&A due diligence. His experience ranges across the healthcare, retail and consumer, and basic industrials sectors.

Ms. Eastwood joined Bregal in 2010 from Ernst and Young, where she worked for 5 years in the Corporate Restructuring department. During this time, Ms. Eastwood worked with a number of financially distressed businesses across a diverse range of sectors. Her work involved assessing the financial strength and prospects of companies and trading businesses that were in administration, which involved managing these businesses through an accelerated sales process or towards winding-up.
Ms. Eastwood is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bristol.
Cameron Eskandari is an associate at Bregal Sagemount responsible for originating investment opportunities in the technology-enabled services, software, financial technology, and healthcare sectors. Previously, he was an investment banking associate at Clear Growth Capital where he was focused primarily on arranging debt and equity financings for growth stage businesses. Before that, Cameron was analyst with J.P. Morgan Asset Management serving ultra-high-net worth and endowment and foundation clients. Cameron graduated with a BS in Economics with honors from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Lucy joined Bregal in April 2015 as a Fund Accountant.
Prior to joining Bregal, she worked within the Private Equity team at Langham Hall, a fund administration company, where she qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Samer Ezzeddine is a Director of Bregal Partners and serves on the board of Arcus Hunting Group LLC.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Ezzeddine was a Principal at Monitor Clipper Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in Boston. During his twelve year tenure there, Mr. Ezzeddine was involved in the investment of approximately $400 million of equity capital, focusing primarily on opportunities in the consumer / retail and financial services industries. Mr. Ezzeddine served on a number of Monitor Clipper boards, including Earth Fare and Castor & Pollux / Merrick, and remains on the board of Colford Capital.

Managing Director (London)
Mr. Faber joined Bregal in 2004 from Henderson Private Capital, the private equity division of Henderson Global Investors, where he was the head of the global private equity fund of funds business since 2000.
Prior to joining Henderson, Mr. Faber was a private equity specialist for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Washington D.C. and was involved in managing a US$1 billion emerging markets private equity fund of funds program. Before IFC, Mr. Faber was a senior investment officer for FMO in the Netherlands where he co-founded the private equity group which was involved in direct and fund investments. Mr. Faber began his career as investment manager for Credit Lyonnais in their International Capital Markets Group.
Mr. Faber has a Masters in Management Science and Industrial Engineering from the University of Technology in Eindhoven.
Reza is a Partner of Clavis Advisors, a corporate finance advisory boutique which he co-founded in 2010. Prior to Clavis, Reza worked at Silver Point Capital where he was involved in a number of distressed debt and private equity investments. He began his career in investment banking at Citigroup working on mergers and acquisitions in the energy and chemical sectors and subsequently moved to Corporate Structured Finance.
Reza received an MSc in Finance and Economics from the LSE where he also achieved a First Class BSc in Economics.
Senior Tax Manager - Americas
Ronald Fishman joined Bregal in 2012 as Senior Tax Manager and is responsible for tax planning, compliance and reporting for North American investment activity.
Prior to joining Bregal he was a Vice President and Senior Tax Manager at COFRA North America, where he was involved with tax planning and compliance for its private equity, real estate and retail business activities. Previously, he has held Tax Director positions at Paramount Group Inc., as well as Devon Properties, Inc., and was formerly a Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse.
Mr. Fishman received a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University, and a MST (Masters of Science in Taxation) from Seton Hall University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
In her role as a Senior Associate, Raluca Florea focuses on the evaluation, execution and post-transaction value creation in companies Bregal Energy has invested in across the energy sector - exploration and production, power generation, renewables and midstream. Raluca is a key member of the team supervising operations for investments.
Prior to joining Bregal Investments, Raluca worked at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients in Europe and the Middle East across the energy and telecommunications sectors. Her work to re-define strategy and improve operations contributed to EBITDA impact of multiple USD millions for each of the clients she advised. Previously, Raluca spent three years at Procter & Gamble, designing and implementing the financial strategy of 12 brands in nine different geographies, including portfolio optimization and product launches into new markets. Her corporate finance work helped secure the market-leader position of the brands under her oversight.
Raluca has a B.S. in International Business from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, where she grew up. She also holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Flynn joined Bregal in 2004 from Deutsche Asset Management, the asset management arm of Deutsche Bank, a leading global financial service provider, where he was Global Head of the Private Equity Funds Group. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Flynn worked at the AXA Group, a worldwide leader in financial protection and wealth management, where he founded and managed its €1 billion global private equity fund of funds business.
His investment experience also includes developing investment fund joint ventures for Den norske Bank, Norway's largest financial services firm, arbitrage investing for First City Financial, and leveraged buyout work for Kelso & Company in New York. Before entering the investment field, Mr. Flynn worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company.
Mr. Flynn received a BS in Business Management from the University of California at Berkeley, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He received an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Adam Fuller is a Principal and Co-founder at Bregal Sagemount. He is responsible for originating and leading investments in high-growth businesses in the software, business services, and healthcare sectors. Adam led Sagemount’s investments in MicroEdge (acquired by Blackbaud), Keg Logistics, MOBI, Enprecis, and Vital Insights. Prior to Bregal Sagemount, Adam spent five years as a member of the growth equity team at Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Merchant Banking Division. Adam has led investments in many successful growth companies, including Cyber-Ark (NASDAQ:CYBR), AppSense (acquired by LANDesk), American Traffic Solutions, and Imaging Advantage. Adam was also a Board Observer at Nimsoft (acquired by CA, Inc.) and CambridgeSoft (acquired by PerkinElmer). Prior to Goldman Sachs, Adam was an Associate at Arbor Advisors, an investment bank focused on mergers & acquisitions advisory services for technology companies. Nick joined Bregal in March 2015 as the European Tax Manager.
Prior to joining Bregal, Nick spent 10 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their asset management tax practice where he advised on fund and management group structures, as well as specialising in fund tax reporting.

Mr. Kopec joined Bregal in 2016 from AlpInvest, part of The Carlyle Group, where he was an Associate involved in a variety of secondary private equity investments. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Natural Resources Group at J.P. Morgan.
Mr. Kopec graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Economics, concentration in Finance.

CJ Lim joined Bregal as a financial analyst in August 2008.
Prior to that, CJ worked at KPMG London where he managed KPMG's Financial, Risk and Data Modelling team within the Financial Services sector. During his time with KPMG, CJ trained as a Chartered Accountant and his work included advising clients on corporate transactions, providing solutions in business intelligence, investment appraisals and risk management primarily within the banking, insurance and investment management sectors.

David Lisewski is a Director at Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
Before joining the company, he served as a Vice President at GIC (Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) in London, where his responsibilities included the development of the company’s European direct investment arm and global TMT sector. Clayton Main is the Head of Credit at Bregal Sagemount. Prior to this, Mr. Main spent 12 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was one of the founding team members of the Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group. As a Vice President for the Specialty Lending Group, he was responsible for originating, structuring, and managing senior debt, second lien debt, mezzanine debt, and equity investments in leveraged transactions on behalf of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Main led the group’s business development efforts in the Southwest US and was responsible for originations in the business services, financial technology, and software verticals. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, Honors in Business, with a BBA from Southern Methodist University.

Previously Giles worked as an Investment Manager at Bregal Capital for five years, and at UBS before that in the UK Investment Banking and Real Estate Investment Banking teams.

Paul McGill is a Director of Bregal Partners.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. McGill spent over seven years in the Energy Investment Banking group of Raymond James & Associates where he completed over 100 strategic transactions including public equity offerings, advisory engagements, and private securities assignments for a wide spectrum of energy industry clients, including oilfield services and equipment companies. Immediately prior to joining Bregal Partners, he held the title of Vice President.

Previously, Adam was the European General Counsel and a Managing Director at TowerBrook, where he worked from 2011 to 2015. Prior to TowerBrook, Adam worked at Sullivan & Cromwell for nine years.
Adam received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he finished first in his class, and his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.
Arjun Mehta is a Senior Associate at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer service sectors. Previously, Arjun was an investment banking analyst in the financial sponsors group at Credit Suisse where he focused primarily on the arrangement of debt financing for leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Arjun holds a BSFS in International Political Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
Previously Julien worked as an investment professional at Doughty Hanson for four years where he was involved on a number of transactions across Europe. Prior to that, Julien was a consultant at Bain & Company in Paris.
Julien received a diploma of Engineering from the EcolePolytechnique, an MSc of Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
Laurent Müller is the General Counsel at Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
Laurent has worked as a lawyer for the international law firms Clifford Chance and Latham & Watkins.

Divyesh Patel joined Bregal as a Finance Associate in October 2016.
Previously, Divyesh was an investment banking analyst in the Principal Investments Group at Macquarie Capital, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and monitoring investments across a wide variety of industries.
Divyesh holds a BS in Finance and a BS in International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Scott Perekslis is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Bregal Partners. He has more than twenty five years of experience in the private equity industry and has worked closely with many public and private middle-market companies.
His investment focus is targeted primarily toward investments in the consumer, food & retail, and energy services industries, with a particular focus on seafood harvesting, processing, and marketing.
Mr. Perekslis has extensive corporate governance experience. He currently leads Bregal’s efforts with respect to, and serves on the boards of, American Seafoods Partners LLC, Blue Harvest Fisheries LLC, Arcus Hunting LLC, and Aqua Terra Water Management LP. He also currently serves on the boards of United Sports Brands LLC, US Community Behavioral LLC, and OmniForce LLC.
Mr Perekslis served previously as the Chairman of the Board of Bumble Bee Holdings, L.P., Connors Bros., L.P., Gray Energy Services LLC, and Hyco International, Inc. He also previously served as a director of ASG Consolidated LLC (American Seafoods), Nexus Gas Partners LLC, the Connors Bros. Income Fund, KIK Corporation Holdings, Inc., K2 Pure Solutions, L.P., and Firearms Training Systems, Inc.
Prior to founding Bregal Partners, Mr. Perekslis served as a Senior Partner of Centre Partners Management LLC, which he joined in 1991; during his tenure, the firm invested more than $3 billion in equity capital. Prior thereto, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of Lazard Freres & Co.

Legal Counsel (Europe)
Jonathan has worked as legal counsel for Bregal-Europe since November 2013.
Prior to joining Bregal, Jonathan trained and qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, during this period of his career he also spent time on secondment as in-house counsel at Schroders plc. Jonathan has also spent time as a legal consultant in the Philippines for an anti-trafficking NGO and continues to act as an advocate in this field as well as a director for a multi-national anti-trafficking charity outside of his role at Bregal.
Jonathan graduated from Durham University with a degree in Geography.
Director - Portfolio Monitoring
Gilles Pun-Lai-Yuen joined Bregal in February 2005 as a financial analyst. Working together with the investment teams, he is responsible for the analysis and appraisal of potential investments by Bregal as well as the on-going monitoring of Bregal's investment portfolio.
Previously, Gilles joined KPMG London in 1994 where he trained as a Chartered Accountant. During his last four years at KPMG, Gilles was responsible for KPMG's Financial Sector business modeling services. His work included advising clients on corporate transactions, providing solutions in business strategy, investment appraisals, financing structures and corporate restructuring primarily within the banking, insurance, investment management and private equity sectors.
Gilles has a BSc in Economics and Computing from the London School of Economics.

Michelle has served as General Counsel – Americas of the Bregal corporate investment group since 2007. Prior to joining Bregal, Michelle was Vice President and Co-General Counsel of ICON Capital Corp., a global asset manager and specialty finance company based in New York. Before joining ICON, Michelle spent eight years as a mergers & acquisitions attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. She also spent a year serving as In-House Counsel to a 2004 U.S. Presidential Primary Campaign.
Michelle received her JD from Yale Law School where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation. She also holds a BA in Political Communication from The George Washington University and an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, where she was a Shapiro Scholar.
Florian Schick is the Managing Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
Previously, he was a Founding Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Bregal Capital, a London-based investment fund focused on the European market. Before joining Bregal, Florian was a Principal at TowerBrook Capital Partners, an Investment Director at Englefield Capital and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. He began his career as a co-founder and a board member of Surplex AG, an online marketplace for industrial equipment.
Florian graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Munich (LMU) and received his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Financial Controller - Europe
Mia Sendlbeck joined Bregal in February 2016 as a Financial Controller.
Prior to joining Bregal, Mia worked as Investment Controller at Lewis Trust Group where she was involved in the finance functions of the property and investment division.
Mia Sendlbeck is a Chartered Accountant and graduated magna cum laude from the American University of Rome with a BSc(Hons) in Business Administration & International Business Management and a Masters Degree in Finance.
Giuseppe is a Partner of Clavis Advisors, a corporate finance advisory boutique which he co-founded in 2010. Prior to Clavis, Giuseppe worked at Silver Point Capital where he was involved in a number of distressed debt and private equity investments. Previously, Giuseppe was part of the investment team at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. He began his career in the Private Equity Group at Lehman Brothers.
Giuseppe holds a magna cum laude degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
Kirk Smith is a Senior Associate at Bregal Sagemount. He is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the financial technology, software, healthcare, business services, and consumer services sectors. Previously, Kirk was an associate in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Specialty Lending Group where he focused on business and consumer services. Before Goldman Sachs, Kirk was an investment banking analyst at Challenger Capital Group. Kirk holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance with honors from the University of Kansas.

Previously, Patrick was a member of the founding team of TowerBrook, being a Managing Director and Investment Committee member since its inception, and was part of TowerBrook's spin-out from Soros Private Equity Partners, which he joined in 2004. Prior to TowerBrook, Patrick was a co-Founder and Senior Partner at Doughty Hanson.

Previously, Pavan worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as an investment banker and private equity investor. Most recently, he was a member of the Growth Equity team in Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division where he focused primarily on high-growth software and communication infrastructure businesses. Pavan graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. Quentin Van Doosselaere
Quentin Van Doosselaere joined Bregal in January 2009. Following his business school graduation in 1984, he moved to New York and began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. He then joined Bankers Trust Co. as a Managing Director and ran various global capital markets businesses. In the mid-nineties, he held executive positions in a number of non-profit organizations before going into academia. He was affiliated with Columbia University and Oxford University when he joined Bregal.
Quentin serves as a member on the investment committees of Bregal Freshstream, Bregal Unternehmerkapital, Bregal Capital, Bregal Sagemount, Bregal Partners, Bregal Energy, Bregal Private Equity Partners, Ranch Capital Investment, Birchill Exploration and Centre Bregal Partners.

Ramie Waxman joined Bregal in 2012 and is responsible for financial reporting and cash management.
Prior to joining Bregal she was Controller at COFRA North America, where she was involved in the finance functions for all its retail and real estate business activities.

Nate Webster is an Associate at Bregal Sagemount and is responsible for originating and underwriting investments in the software, healthcare, financial technology, business services, and consumer services sectors. Curt Witte is the Head of Portfolio Operations for Bregal Sagemount with a focus on partnering with portfolio company management to drive high yield operations enhancement. Prior to joining Bregal Sagemount, he was an Operating Partner at Symphony Technology Group, where he focused on portfolio company operations enhancement for various tech businesses in eCommerce, business services, health care IT, mobile apps, and advertising. Prior to Symphony Technology Group, Curt founded and scaled Findly (profitable $50 million revenue on-demand software company) through its merger, and successful spinoff, from First Advantage, a Symphony Technology Group company.
Finance Director - Americas
Prior to joining Bregal, Amy Wong managed the middle office group in the Alternative Investments business at JPMorgan Chase. Previously, she worked in the Finance and Accounting area at Gen Re where she was responsible for the accounting of all entities in the Corporate Finance business. In addition, she has prior experience in various auditing functions. She started her career in the Ernst & Young financial services assurance group.
Amy received a BS degree from NYU Stern School of Business for accounting and information systems. She is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder, and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
Natalie joined the Bregal Investments London finance team in August 2016 as a Fund Accountant.
Prior to joining Bregal, Natalie worked in Private Equity, in Australia, for Ironbridge Capital for 7 years.
Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce - Professional Accounting degree from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia in 2013.
Phil Yates is a Partner at Bregal Sagemount. Prior to this, Phil was with Great Hill Partners from 2003 to 2012 where he focused on growth investments in software and technology-enabled services across the healthcare, payments, business services and consumer verticals. Before Great Hill Partners, Phil was at Carousel Capital, a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC where he worked on transactions in franchising, healthcare, industrials, and communications. Phil started his career with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown in the Consumer and Business Services investment banking group. Phil holds a BS in Business Administration with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Charles R. Yoon is a Managing Partner of Bregal Partners. He has more than two decades of experience in the private equity industry and has worked closely with many public and private middle-market companies.
His investment focus is targeted primarily toward investments in the consumer, food & retail, and healthcare retail industries.
Mr. Yoon has extensive corporate governance experience. He currently serves on the boards of Earth Fare, Pilot Automotive, and Roger Garments. He has previously served as a director of MyEyeDr., Paradigm Tax Group, Market Track, TPI, and Merrick / Castor & Pollux Pet Care.
Prior to joining Bregal Partners, Mr. Yoon served as a Partner of Monitor Clipper Partners (MCP) based in MCP’s Boston office. He joined MCP in 2004 and during his tenure, the firm invested over $1.3 billion in equity capital. Prior thereto, Mr. Yoon was a Principal at Brentwood Associates. He began his private equity career in 1995 at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

Gene Yoon is the Managing Partner of Bregal Sagemount. Prior to founding Bregal Sagemount, he was the Head of Private Equity for Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Americas Special Situations Group, where he focused on middle market growth equity investing. Before Goldman Sachs, Gene was a Partner at Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the media, communications, technology, and business services sectors. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Corporate Development at Geocast Network Systems, a venture-backed technology infrastructure provider. Gene began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in investment banking. He holds both a Bachelors in Economics and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Brenninkmeijer assumed the role of non-executive Chairman of Bregal Investments in October 2013.
Mr. Brenninkmeijer has been with the COFRA group for the past 25 years. From 1991 to 2000, he held various commercial and store operating positions with the European clothing retailer C&A in France and Belgium, culminating in 1997 as the Executive Board member responsible for all European stores. He then joined Redevco, COFRA’s Real Estate Organization, managing a start-up till 2002. In 2003 he joined Bregal Investments. In Bregal he has subsequently worked in BPEP, its fund investment arm between 2003 –and 2009, has restructured portfolio holdings and served in Investment Committees between 2010 and 2014 , becoming Chairman in late 2013. Mr. Brenninkmeijer also serves as the Chairman of Redevco since April 2013 and is a member of the Cofra Executive Board since Jan 2015.
Mr. Brenninkmeijer holds an MA of Oxford University studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Pembroke College; subsequently he obtained an MBA from IMD, Lausanne.
