Diederik Brenninkmeijer is an Associate on the Growth Factors team focused on all aspects of Portfolio Operations, partnering with portfolio companies' management teams to accelerate growth and build operational scale. Previously, Diederik spent 3 years at Bregal Private Equity Partners, focused on primary, secondary, and co-investment transactions across Europe and North America. Diederik began his career at Wellington Management as an Analyst within the Global Value Fund Team.

Diederik received a bachelor’s in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Northeastern University.
